Michael is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from Maryland. Michael worked as BestNotes’ Chief Clinical Officer from 2016-2019. He was instrumental in helping BestNotes launch the ‘behavioral health profile’ to better meet customer needs.
Michael has been a licensed clinician for over twenty years. He earned his Social Work degrees from the University of Maryland and Brigham Young University. Michael has enjoyed worked in a variety of clinical treatment settings (e.g. Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Rural Outpatient Community Behavioral Health, Residential Treatment, Hospice, Private Practice). He currently works as a counselor in residential treatment. Michael is the original architect of the BestNotes documentation profiles and continues to support our clinical team with best practices and quality assurance.
