BestNotes does not support the following:

Linux: Ubuntu, Wine, etc.

Microsoft:

• Windows Mobile OS and Apps
• Mobile RT devices (e.g. Surface RT)
• Windows “S” or Vista OS and older

Apple:

• Mobile App – iOS 5 (2012) and older
• Mac – OS X 10.3 Panther (2003) and older

Other:

• Chromebook OS
• Intel Celeron / Atom or AMD equivalent (A1-3)
• eMachines

Minimum System Requirements

Below are MINIMUM requirements. Your experience using BestNotes will be greatly improved with modern Operating Systems (OS).

Full Windows OS:

• 7, 8 (8.1), 10
• e.g. Surface Pro 1-4 (not RT)
• NOTE: The Surface 3 does have the full Windows OS, but the Atom processor is not reliable with BestNotes

Apple (Mac):

• Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger (2004) –  Today.

MINIMUM Hardware:

 Windows

• Intel Pentium 4 – 2.0GHz or greater (Recommended: Intel i3-higher or AMD equivalent (min A4-higher))
• 512 MB RAM or greater
• NOTE: Avoid Intel Atom processors
• 2004 – Today

Apple (Mac)

• Macintosh computer with an Intel processor
• 256 MB RAM (Recommended: 512 MB RAM or greater)
• 2004 – Today

With the BestNotes Mobile App, you can harness the power of BestNotes on the go to:

• Create, edit and access your contacts
• Modify your MyList and Quicklists
• View contact’s demographic information
• Make simple notes on a contact’s Activity Log
• Using the Review Log, add your digital signature to documentation requesting your signature
• Create, edit and access calendar appointments
• Create, edit and review the Q-log and Tasks
• Access and review completed applications (for those with the correct permissions)
• Sign a Note with your real signature (using your finger & using Apps on this page)

The BestNotes App does NOT:

• Access Med/Clinical Information
• Access Group Notes
• Run Reports

Uninstall BestNotes from Windows

1. Click the Start button, click Control Panel, click Programs, and then click Programs and Features (Windows 8.1: right-click on Start button and select Programs and Features).
2. Select BestNotes, and then click Uninstall. If you’re prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Uninstall Android .APK file

1. Open Settings
2. Tap on Application Manager
3. Tap on BestNotes
4. Tap Uninstall
5. Remove .APK file from downloads as needed

Uninstall BestNotes from Mac

1. Open the Applications folder.
2. Drag and Drop BestNotes into the Trash.
3. Empty Trash.

Uninstall BestNotes from iOS (e.g. iPhone, iPad, etc.)

1. Tap and Hold the BestNotes App
2. Tap the X in its top corner
